We are selling our home and during our inspection we found out we needed a roof. Our neighbors recommended S. F. Diversified Services because they did their roof. After meeting the owner Salvador and explaining our situation and tight timeline he immediately went to work for us. Our estimate was complete the next day and he worked with our insurance and the new buyers of our home to make sure everyone was satisfied. Our roof was completed today and it looks great. It truly was the easiest process of our whole home sale. I would recommend Salvador to anyone that is looking for an honest and upfront roofer you can trust.
I would love to let everyone know what a great job SF Diversified did when replacing our roof. They went above and beyond making sure nothing was on the ground while doing our roof. The roof was stripped and new roof put on in a days time. No garbage left around the round during or after the work was done. The owner even has someone on staff to make sure the yard is kept clean and free of debris while working. I didn’t have to worry about my grandson or pups. They even made sure the gate was latched every time they went in and out of the yard “just in case”. Thank you SF Diversifed! Words can’t describe how satisfied we are with our new roof and your employees. And we will happily continue referring your to our friends and neighbors!

Salvador came out to my house tonight to look at a bad roofing job I had done by the company Homestreet Roofing. He took his time and was very knowledgeable, showing me examples of what was left off of my roof, (step-flashing). He surveyed the interior water damage that has occurred from my leaking roof, and gave me good advice. I wish I could do it all over again and hire S.F to do my roofing job.
